“All information used by the AI tool is information that was already known within the app,”says Remko Brenters, Chief Technology Officer at Grassfeld. “In effect, we have added anextra layer that can interpret the information. A layer that allows you to engage inconversation with the system, as most people are now accustomed to through services likeChatGPT.”
The conversations users have with Grassfeld Intelligence are not visible to anyone else. Thesystem has strict boundaries, ensuring users only see their own data, cannot give prohibitedcommands to the AI tool, and, for example, cannot receive tax or investment advice.
Secured like a bank
“And because you can link your accounts to the app, our security has always been at thesame level as that of banks,” says Grassfeld founder Mo Radjab. “Furthermore, in 2024, wewere one of the first parties to implement an AI policy, and we have renowned cyberpartners who help us prevent hacks.”
Crucial to note: money can never be debited from your bank account via Grassfeld. Yourfinancial information is visible in the app, but no transactions take place.
Questions about personal financial situations
A key difference from services like ChatGPT is that Grassfeld Intelligence uses personalfinancial data. As a result, it doesn't stop at general information about money matters butcan answer specific, personal questions.
Think of questions like: Do I have enough budget to buy new shoes now? How much have Ispent on dining out this month? How wise is it for me to buy a new car for 45,000 euros,taking into account costs such as insurance, road tax, and maintenance?
