What can I do with a Premium+ subscription?

With Premium+ you get unlimited number of bank accounts, receive personal budget forecasts, unlimited financial PDF reports, weekly reports, document storage, full access to both the web dashboard and the mobile app, and the ability to share their account.

What is a Light subscription?

Grassfeld's Light plan is the most affordable and suitable plan to start with. You will be able to sync one bank account, explore basic features, and become familiar with the app and its capabilities. Whenever needed, you can upgrade to the Premium+ plan to unlock all features, including the ability to sync unlimited bank accounts and much more.

Can I remove standard categories?

No, it's not possible to remove standard categories. However, we've included a separate 'Used' tab for your convenience. This tab allows you to easily access and manage your frequently used categories.

What can I share with another user?

You can share all your bank accounts, budgets, goals, and loyalty cards, or select specific ones. Manage the access you grant, whether it's editing rights or view-only access. You can modify these permissions later or revoke access entirely.

How can I remove a transaction from analytics?

To remove or hide a transaction from analytics or shared access, go to the transaction details and select the 'Hide' option. Hidden transactions can be reopened and restored whenever necessary.

Why aren't transactions syncing from my connected account?

Transactions from some banks may not be processed on weekends. As a result these transactions will appear in your account on Mondays.

Can I sync savings accounts or credit cards?

Intelligent Import is available with Import Credits.

How can I set up recurring transactions?

To create recurring transactions, navigate to the details screen of the transaction and use the 'Make Recurring' feature. You can set the recurrence to Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Yearly, or customize it according to your needs. For transactions from synced financial accounts, simply mark them as recurring, and the application will handle tracking automatically.

How does the Grassfeld app work?

The Grassfeld app provides you insights into your actual and future financial situation by retrieving and categorizing your (bank) transactions as well as keeping track of your budgets and saving goals. This way you have the perfect overview of how you are doing every day. The app can also digitize loyalty cards so you don't have to keep them with you to get that discount.
